Production & Delivery

 

 

• All NotEqual pieces are made-to-order. Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

• Standard production time is up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Depending on the complexity or number of items, an additional 7 business days may be required.

• Deliveries are shipped to the address provided by the client at checkout. NotEqual is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the client.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

• Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

   

  1. Manufacturing defects that compromise the quality of the piece.

  2. Incorrect item received, differing from the order placed.

   

• To request a return or exchange under these conditions, the client must contact notequalny@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• If the return is approved, the client will receive either a replacement piece or a refund, depending on availability.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.
